OilSERV is hiring experienced Coiled Tubing Equipment Operators to support projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead onsite operations, ensure HSE compliance, and collaborate with crews to deliver high-quality CT services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Coiled Tubing operations experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language is an advantage.
• Strong hydraulics knowledge and ability to perform on-site maintenance.
• Solid understanding of well control principles and downhole hydraulics.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and operate Coiled Tubing equipment to and from job sites following safety procedures.
• Perform pre-job risk analyses and support safety and SQ compliance at the wellsite.
• Rig up and rig down equipment per company and customer standards; prepare and mix chemicals as needed.
• Operate auxiliary equipment, troubleshoot, and report defects to Field Supervisor.
• Mentor junior operators and ensure housekeeping and base yard readiness.
• Complete job logs, checklists, and reports; maintain equipment in safe working condition.

• Participate in pre‑job risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Promote company‑approved safety and operational policies at the wellsite, ensuring both Company and Customers Job objectives are achieved.
• Rig up and rig down Equipment per Company and Customer Standards.
• Prepare and mix chemicals according to Job procedures.
• Operate auxiliary equipment, troubleshoot and report defects to Field Supervisor.
• Build required skills as outlined in the Competency Task Sheet.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment clean and job‑ready.
• Inspect and repair treating connections as needed.
• Complete all required job logs, checklists and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized base yard and Coiled Tubing equipment.
• Attend required HSE training and support Service Quality initiatives.
• Execute jobs according to Job program and Customers requirements, applying Management of Change (MOC) when required.
• Review and ensure Service Quality (SQ) compliance before and during job execution.
• Ensure all job execution is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Mentor junior equipment operators, supporting their skill development in safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in Coiled Tubing operations (mandatory).
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of equipment hydraulics with the ability to perform preventative maintenance and on‑site repairs.
• Strong understanding of well control principles and downhole hydraulics.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
