Job summary

Visuna is seeking an experienced Coiled Tubing Equipment Operator for Saudi Arabia onshore oilfield projects. The role focuses on safe operation, monitoring, maintenance, and preparation of coiled tubing systems used in well intervention and service operations.

The candidate will handle rig-up/rig-down, monitor critical parameters, and ensure compliance with safety and client procedures while maintaining documentation and supporting field crews.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Coiled Tubing Equipment Operator in Oil & Gas Well Services.
• Hands-on experience operating coiled tubing units and related equipment.
• Experience with rig-up/rig-down, pressure testing and wellsite operations.
• Strong understanding of coiled tubing equipment, hydraulic systems and BOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coiled tubing equipment during well intervention and well service operations.
• Assist with rig-up and rig-down of the coiled tubing spread and related equipment.
• Operate injector head, control cabin, reel, hydraulic power unit and BOP control equipment as required.
• Monitor tubing depth, pressure, injection rate, pump rates and other critical parameters.
• Carry out pre-job inspections and routine maintenance of coiled tubing equipment.
• Identify defects or unsafe conditions and report immediately.
• Maintain accurate equipment and operational records.

Position Overview

A major Oil amp Gas Services Company operating in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Coiled Tubing Equipment Operator to join its well intervention operations The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation monitoring maintenance and preparation of coiled tubing equipment used in well intervention stimulation cleanout nitrogen and related well services operations The role requires a strong understanding of coiled tubing equipment and wellsite operations with a particular emphasis on safety equipment reliability operational discipline and compliance with company and client procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coiled tubing equipment during well intervention and well service operations
• Assist with rig-up and rig-down of the coiled tubing spread and associated well intervention equipment
• Operate the coiled tubing unit injector head control cabin reel hydraulic power unit BOP control equipment and associated systems as required
• Monitor tubing depth weight pressure injection rate pump rates and other critical operational parameters
• Assist with pressure testing and function testing of the coiled tubing equipment and pressure control equipment
• Ensure equipment is operated within approved operating limits and according to the well program and company procedures
• Conduct pre-job equipment inspections and operational checks
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of coiled tubing equipment
• Identify equipment defects leaks abnormalities or unsafe conditions and report them immediately
• Assist with the preparation and handling of coiled tubing pressure control equipment treating iron hoses valves and associated equipment
• Maintain accurate equipment and operational records including job logs and inspection documentation
• Support wellsite supervisors and engineers during the execution of coiled tubing operations
• Participate in toolbox talks pre-job meetings risk assessments and safety briefings
• Ensure all equipment is properly secured maintained and prepared for transportation and subsequent operations
• Follow all company client and site-specific HSE policies and procedures
• Participate in emergency response activities as required
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Coiled Tubing Supervisor

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Coiled Tubing Equipment Operator within the Oil amp Gas Well Services industry
• Previous hands-on experience operating coiled tubing units and associated well intervention equipment
• Experience with coiled tubing rig-up rig-down pressure testing and wellsite operations
• Good understanding of coiled tubing equipment hydraulic systems injector heads reels control systems BOPs pressure control equipment and associated components
• Experience working in demanding oilfield environments preferably onshore
• Familiarity with well intervention well cleanout stimulation nitrogen or other coiled tubing applications
• Ability to understand and follow well programs operating procedures equipment manuals and safety documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and equipment-monitoring skills
• Demonstrable commitment to HSE and safe working practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural and international field crew
