Job summary

OilSERV in Saudi Arabia seeks experienced Coil Tubing Supervisors to lead and execute coiled tubing operations on high-profile projects, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Candidates will manage crews, equipment, and job packages; conduct pre-job risk analyses; uphold SOPs and MOC when required; mentor junior engineers; deliver post-job reports.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in Coiled Tubing operations.
• Technical Diploma or Degree.
• Strong knowledge of equipment hydraulics with on-site maintenance ability.
• Strong understanding of well control principles and downhole hydraulics.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, manage crew and job packages, spare parts, chemicals, and PPE requirements.
• Rig up data acquisition systems and equipment in-line with SOP.
• Conduct thorough pre-job risk analyses to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Promote safety and operational policies at the well site and achieve objectives.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment following maintenance procedures.
• Execute jobs according to design and customers’ requirements, applying MOC when needed.
• Review and ensure SQ compliance before and during job execution.
• Deliver high-quality post-job reports and mentor junior engineers.

• Deliver high‑quality Post-job reports as required by company and Customers.
• Mentor junior Engineers and Field Specialists, supporting skill development in safe and efficient equipment operation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Diploma or Degree
• Strong knowledge of equipment hydraulics with the ability to perform preventative maintenance and on‑site repairs.
• Strong understanding of well control principles and downhole hydraulics.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language considered an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
