Job summary

Sanabil Studio is seeking a seasoned Real Estate & Asset Lead to co-found Makan and own the asset side end-to-end. You will value, onboard, and manage a growing residential portfolio, and build the relationships with developers and landlords to supply assets.

Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with a Capital & Finance co-founder and the Investment Committee to turn a validated model into a scalable real estate portfolio, setting the operating rhythm from day one.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in real estate asset management, valuation, or investment at a REIT, fund, or institutional manager.
• Experience valuing or underwriting a portfolio of assets (not a single deal).
• Understanding of appraised value, market appreciation, loan-to-value, and refinancing impacts.

Responsibilities

• Source, value, and onboard residential or income-generating assets.
• Underwrite units; form views on price, condition, and resale value.
• Build and run operational infrastructure to manage a growing portfolio, vendors, maintenance, OpEx, and vacancy.
• Negotiate distribution and asset-supply agreements with developers and landlords.
• Define and execute Makan's go-to-market and capital strategy with co-founders.
• Present progress to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Recruit and lead founding team across commercial, operations, and product.
• Set culture and operating rhythm from day one.
