Job summary

Sanabil Venture Studio seeks a highly experienced Capital & Finance Lead to co-found Makan and own all capital raising, structuring, and financial modelling end-to-end. You’ll manage debt and equity structuring, investor relations from LOI through commitment, and the regulatory fund pathway up to a CMA-licensed structure.

You will work closely with the Real Estate & Asset co-founder and the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee to turn a validated model into a closed, licensed fund and strong

Qualifications

• Experience in raising debt and/or equity for funds, SPVs, or real-asset-backed structures.
• Ability to build and defend robust financial models and ROI calculations.
• Proven track record with term sheets, waterfalls, and fee economics for institutional investors or family offices.

Responsibilities

• Raise and structure debt and equity from funding partners.
• Own the financial model and capital stack structuring.
• Structure term sheets, waterfalls, and fee economics with institutional investors or LPs.
• Manage investor relations from LOI to signed commitments.
• Oversee regulatory/fund pathway from SPV to CMA-licensed fund and investor reporting.
• Define and execute the go-to-market and capital strategy with the co-founder.
• Represent the venture before Sanabil Studio Investment Committee and LPs.
• Recruit and lead Makan's founding team across commercial, operations, and product.
