Job summary

Zahid Industries in Jeddah is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, following blueprints, CAD data, and CNC programs. The role includes performing precision machining, in-process inspection, and tool changes to deliver high-precision components.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in machining, strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, and the ability to work from complex drawings. Arabic is desirable; English is essential.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications: Technical High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge: Strong CNC turning and milling knowledge; experience with Fanuc controls.
Language: English is essential; Arabic desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in machining/fabrication or similar mechanical role.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust and operate CNC lathes FANUC operation system; twin spindle, multi-axis CNC lathes.
Machine parts using blueprint drawings, CAD models, and pre-written CNC programs on lathes, mills and other equipment.
Operate Fanuc CNC lathes and CNC borers; perform G/M code programming.
Perform in-process inspection per routers, blueprints and verbal instructions.
Work with precision measurement devices and ensure safety and cost targets.
Prepare and train new operators; assist in tool changes and deburring tasks.
