Job summary

HMT LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dammam. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precision parts, interpreting blueprints and making tool adjustments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (technical training preferred), experience in a manufacturing setting, and proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Saudi nationals near Dammam are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Saudi national residing in or close to Dammam

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper function.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance when issues arise.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
