Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dammam. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precision parts in a fast-paced environment.

You will read blueprints, select tools, monitor tolerances, perform routine maintenance, and document production data. A high school diploma is required, with vocational training preferred. Saudi nationals residing near Dammam are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Experience as CNC operator or similar in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical docs.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or routers per specifications.
• Read blueprints and work orders to determine operations.
• Select, install and adjust tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Monitor operations and maintain tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and clean machines.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance actions.
• Troubleshoot errors with supervision when needed.
• Follow safety rules and keep area clean and organized.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper function.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance when issues arise.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
