The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in security management within luxury hospitality, with strong expertise in access control, CCTV systems, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in luxury hospitality security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control and CCTV.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols across all cluster properties.
• Lead, train, and supervise security personnel with regular performance reviews.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses.
• Manage security systems and technology infrastructure, including access control, CCTV, and alarms.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with local authorities.
• Collaborate with hotel management to balance security with guest experience.

• Develop and deliver security training programs for staff.
