Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; security-related certs preferred.
• 2–3 years in hotel security with supervisory experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security staff during shifts, ensure deployment, grooming, and briefings.
• Supervise security operations across posts including lobby, posts, and patrols.
• Verify equipment readiness and proper use of radios, passes, and first-aid items.
• Manage access points for colleagues, vendors, and visitors with proper controls.
• Operate the Security Control Room, monitor CCTV and alarms, and report faults.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate with responders, and log incidents.
• Coach officers on standards, procedures, and guest interaction.
