Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Security Supervisor (Saudi National) to join our luxury hospitality team. You will coordinate daily security operations, supervise security officers, and oversee access control, incident response, and safety protocol adherence across the property.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, maintaining audit logs, assisting on VIP movements, and training new officers. English proficiency and strong communication are essential for seamless collaboration

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education required.
• 2–4 years in security operations, ideally with team coordination experience.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.
• Knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, and emergency procedures.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, ensuring coverage of all critical areas.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback, with on-the-job coaching.
• Oversee access control points, verify identifications and ensure protocol compliance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with proper escalation and documentation.
• Maintain logs of security activities, incidents and investigations for audits.
• Assist in security plans for events and VIP movements.
• Check equipment readiness and report deficiencies.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve security-related concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new officers on SOPs and emergency protocols.
• Promote a culture of safety and vigilance through briefings and awareness programs.
