Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a detail-oriented and decisive Assistant Security Manager to join our security team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of security management experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience supervising security teams and coordinating operations.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Analytical capability to assess threats and develop responses.
• Excellent incident response and crisis management skills.
• Thorough understanding of Saudi security regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in security management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and protocols.
• Supervise security staff including scheduling, training, and briefings.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for full coverage.
