Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Financial Planning to lead financial planning, consolidated reporting, and financial coordination for the Hospitality Business Unit's development pipeline.

The role functions as the central financial data resource, delivering reliable portfolio insights to support funding decisions, development phasing, and performance analysis across hotel portfolios and related assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Min 10 years in financial management or FP&A with leadership in a complex development env.
• Proven experience leading portfolio budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Strong ability to coordinate financial inputs across projects and functions.
• Hospitality or large-scale development experience with hotel financial structures.
• Excellent commercial judgement and ability to advise on funding/portfolio decisions.
• Proven track record of leading teams, setting controls, and improving reporting discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for Hospitality BU's development pipeline.
• Own the consolidated financial view of the portfolio with complete, consistent data.
• Direct monthly reporting with clear variance commentary and forward-looking insights.
• Coordinate financial inputs across projects and corporate functions to align plans and funding.
• Maintain visibility of capital deployment and portfolio exposure, escalate risks and funding pressures.
• Set data definitions, controls, and reporting standards for a single source of truth.
• Lead the Financial Management team and partner with senior stakeholders on planning discipline.
