Job summary

Oracle seeks a highly motivated Technology Sales Executive to accelerate OCI and Database Platform adoption across the Saudi commercial market. You will lead strategic customer engagements and drive new business opportunities.

The role requires executive-level engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate technology into measurable business value, delivering predictable bookings and cloud growth. Strong English skills are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure, databases, or software transformation.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, databases, multicloud architectures, and enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Strong executive engagement, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing account plans and managing sales pipelines in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: develop strategic plans and drive new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Integrated Technology Selling: position OCI/DBP, Exadata, multicloud, AI solutions.
• Executive Engagement: build relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and senior leaders.
• Pipeline & Revenue Growth: own targets, generate pipeline, and drive bookings and cloud consumption.
• Value-Based Selling: build ROI/TCO business cases and manage complex cycles from qualification to closure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with SEs, architects, consulting teams, success, and partners.
• Sales Excellence: maintain forecasts, manage deals, align stakeholders, and mitigate risks.
