Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data management.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare management.
• BSc in healthcare and IT/data management diplomas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance monitoring and reporting across all clinics.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to track lead and lag measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate clinic performance and ROI.
• Support quarterly/annual target-setting for clinics and physicians.
• Oversee data-driven decision-making and governance.
