This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory standards, and organizational priorities while enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational competitiveness.

Accountabilities

Performance

Lead performance monitoring and reporting across all clinics, including KPIs for patient care, lab and biomedical utilization, wellness services, and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to track lead and lag measures, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate clinic performance, ROI, and improvement opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Support quarterly and annual target-setting for clinics and physicians, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Loss prevention

Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance to identify areas of inefficiency or potential loss, including resource utilization and budget adherence.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives, supporting leadership in prioritizing investments that maximize value.
Oversee outsource payments and utilization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational budgets.
Advise leadership on mitigation strategies to minimize financial and operational risks.

Fraud Analysis & Compliance Monitoring

Analyze operational and clinical data to detect anomalies or potential compliance risks, including billing, attendance, or process deviations.
Maintain dashboards and reports to track incidents, support investigative activities, and monitor corrective actions.
Conduct periodic field validation, collaborate with stakeholders, and elevate unresolved issues for governance oversight.
Contribute to organizational compliance readiness and regulatory reporting requirements.

Payment

Ensure accurate calculation and administration of incentives, overtime, part-time, and outsourced employee payments in line with budgets and organizational policies.
Collaborate with operational and HR teams to validate data, respond to discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting to payroll or finance.
Maintain oversight of payment systems to ensure compliance and efficiency while supporting leadership decision-making.

Innovation

Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and care delivery.
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and roadmaps for new initiatives, considering technological trends, organizational needs, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as a focal point for system enhancement and troubleshooting, coordinating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure optimal functionality and adoption.
Track innovation project outcomes to assess ROI and drive continuous improvement.

Project management

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare projects aimed at enhancing clinic performance, patient experience, or operational processes.
Develop project charters, plans, and risk assessments, and ensure execution, monitoring, and closure in line with defined objectives and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
Document lessons learned and generate ROI and performance reports to inform future initiatives.

Internal Communication

Manage communication channels within the department, including email groups, acknowledgments, and performance-related updates.
Prepare and distribute key performance insights and innovation updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and engagement.
Facilitate workshops, training, and briefings to build awareness and support for performance management and innovation initiatives.
Serve as liaison between clinics, corporate leadership, and operational teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
