Job summary

My Clinic in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Medical Analyst to lead medical data analysis and quality audits, ensuring accuracy and safety of medical information provided to patients. You will review scripts, align interactions with clinical guidelines, and supervise quality standards across My Care.

The role requires at least 5 years in clinical analysis or medical operations, a valid Medical Practitioner License, and a relevant certification (optional) in Health Data Analytics or Quality

Qualifications

• Education Degree: Bachelor of Medicine.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in clinical analysis or medical operations.
• License: Valid Medical Practitioner License.
• Professional Certification (Optional): Health Data Analytics or Quality Management or anything related to insurance codes

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead for all medical data analysis and quality audits within My Care.
• Review and verify the accuracy of medical scripts and information shared by agents.
• Ensure all medical interactions are aligned with clinical guidelines and approved medical strategy.
• Supervise and support the implementation of medical quality standards on the ground.
• Provide expert oversight into complex medical inquiries or escalations from the My Care team.
• Coordinate medical reporting and insights when required.
• Ensure staff and content creators follow approved medical messaging and scope.
• Support clinical content creation to ensure medical quality and compliance.
• Collect and analyze clinical feedback and post-campaign medical insights.
• Attend meetings with medical departments and health agencies to represent My Care data.
• Follow up on medical deliverables, timelines, and execution quality.
• Report any medical risks, issues, or obstacles through the assigned channels.
• Perform other professional duties requested by the line manager. Facilitate Riyadh office marketing and branding needs through business channels or Jeddah head office
• Perform other professional duties requested from line manager.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track achievement levels against daily and weekly targets.
