Job summary

Eve Clinic KSA in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, optimize workflows, and ensure an excellent patient experience.

This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating medical and administrative teams, monitoring KPIs, budgeting, vendor relations, and compliance with healthcare standards. You will lead process improvements and support strategic initiatives across scheduling and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management and healthcare administration skills.
• Proficiency in process improvement, performance monitoring, and data-driven decisions.
• Effective leadership and people management abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with medical staff and external partners.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor management in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with KSA healthcare regulations is a plus.
