Job summary

My Clinic KSA is seeking experienced nurses to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and implement nursing interventions in line with established protocols and standards of practice.

The role includes assessing patient needs, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers, and promoting patient safety. You will educate patients and families, document vital signs, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, administering medications, and implementing nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
• Assessing patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting patient safety and well-being.
• Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and documenting findings.
• Developing individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate patient care.
• Administering medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patients' responses to medications and intervening as needed.
• Performing wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care, and specimen collection.
• Educating patients and families about their medical conditions and self-care strategies.
• Providing guidance on preventive healthcare and community resources.
• Documenting vital signs, medications, treatments, and interventions in EHR or paper charts.
• Participating in orientation and ongoing education of nursing staff.
• Flexibility to work different shifts in different areas.
• Participating in quality improvement activities and accreditation reviews.
• Maintaining safe environment and equipment; adhering to infection control procedures.
• Performing other duties and submitting regular reports.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, documenting findings and identifying priorities for care.
• Developing individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members, incorporating patient preferences, cultural considerations, and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate patient care, exchange information, and facilitate discharge planning.
• Administering medications, intravenous (IV) therapy, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following medication administration protocols, dosage calculations, and safety precautions.
• Monitoring patients' responses to medications, assessing for adverse reactions, and intervening promptly to prevent complications or side effects.
• Performing nursing procedures and interventions, such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care, and specimen collection, adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Assisting physicians and healthcare providers during examinations, treatments, and procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and privacy.
• Educating patients and families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment, compliance, and health literacy.
• Providing guidance on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and community resources to promote wellness and disease prevention.
• Documenting vital signs, medication administration, treatments, and nursing interventions according to established protocols and policies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts, following documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Attend and participate in educational activities and participate in the orientation and ongoing education of new nursing staff.
• Flexibility to work different shifts in different areas according to the work needs within the scope of nurses practice in My Clinic.
• Participate as an active member on assigned committees and participate with continuous quality improvement activities to improve patient’s care and work environment.
• Participate in reviewing the standards and policies for the national and international accreditation requirements.
• Maintain all time maximum safe environment for patient, family and staff by ensuring safe equipment, instruments, medications, explosive hazard, crash cart, medical gases, ambulance and implement the infection control procedures & guidelines.
• Performing other duties as assigned and submitting the daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

• Education Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Years of Experience: Min 5 years of experience within a related field.
