SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Director of Spa to lead Ciel Spa, shaping a wellness experience where indulgence and your distinctive SLS flair converge. You will own the spa operation, guest experiences, treatment standards, and team leadership.

Collaborate with luxury partners, drive revenue, manage budgets, and develop seasonal programming. You will recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team while upholding the highest hygiene and service standards across all spa facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Wellness, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of spa or wellness experience in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel/resort/premium spa.
• Strong knowledge of treatments, spa journeys, retail and wellness programming.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall strategy and daily operation of Ciel Spa ensuring an exceptional and highly personalized guest experience.
• Establish and maintain outstanding standards across treatments, guest journeys, reception, relaxation areas, retail and spa facilities.
• Curate and evolve treatment menu, wellness experiences and spa programming to stay distinctive and aligned with Ciel Spa/SLS identity.
• Recruit, lead, train and develop a high-performing Spa team with a culture of service excellence.
• Drive spa revenue, profitability, treatment utilization, retail sales and cost management.
