Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Director of Spa to lead Ciel Spa, shaping a luxury wellness experience that blends indulgence, intention and SLS flair. You will own spa operations, guest experiences, and revenue performance while guiding a high-performing team in a premium environment.

Responsibilities include setting service standards, curating treatments, driving growth, budgeting and cross-department collaboration to create unique wellness journeys for guests at this iconic Red Sea destination.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Wellness, Business Management preferred.
• 5–7 years spa or wellness experience with senior leadership in luxury hotels or premium spas.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, revenue, profitability and costs.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
• Excellent guest relations and personalized service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic or other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and daily operation of Ciel Spa with exceptional guest experiences.
• Set and maintain standards across treatments, guest journeys, reception, relaxation, retail and facilities.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing Spa team and culture of service.
• Drive commercial performance including revenue, profitability, utilization and upselling.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and business plans; monitor financials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Rooms, F&B to integrate wellness into guest journeys.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, compliance and SOPs across all spa operations.
