Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a senior Wellness Operations leader to provide operational and commercial oversight across hotel and destination wellness functions. You will lead pre- and post-opening inspections, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field; diploma in Spa Therapy or Wellness Therapy required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, and spa operations.
• Experience in Middle East preferred; proven track record in large-scale operations.
• Hands-on experience as a therapist within a luxury hotel or wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-opening Wellness and Spa operations inspections to ensure service delivery and guest experience.
• Oversee quality standards (LQA) and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
• Act as Wellness lead for new openings, integrating standards and service execution.
• Monitor Wellness performance and provide insights to Asset Management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hotel operators to improve profitability and align with owner KPIs.
• Review commercial strategies and financials to enhance Wellness outcomes.
• Audit VRS, RSG, and operator websites for accurate wellness content.
• Support Destination Operations in executing strategies and ensuring health and safety.
• Standardize planning and processes to improve efficiency and coordination.
• Develop internal training programs and tools to reinforce standards.
• Provide procurement support for Wellness-related needs.
