Job summary

SLS The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia seeks a Director of Spa to lead Ciel Spa, shaping a wellness experience with indulgence, intention and distinctive SLS flair.

You will own spa operations, guest experiences, team leadership, budgets and partnerships, guiding a luxury program that invites guests to slow down, reset and reconnect. Collaborating with Sales, Rooms and F&B, you will evolve treatments, programming and revenue strategies to keep Ciel Spa ahead in a competitive luxury market.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Wellness, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years in spa or wellness, with senior leadership in luxury settings.
• Proven experience managing a full‑service luxury spa with treatments, journeys and retail.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, revenue, payroll and cost control experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and daily operation of Ciel Spa with personalized guest experiences.
• Develop and evolve treatment menus, wellness experiences and spa programming.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing spa team and ensure service excellence.
• Drive spa revenue, profitability, utilization and retail performance through strategic initiatives.
