Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management or related fields, with MBA preferred.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related services.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale FM operations and contracts.
• Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated success in business growth, client acquisition, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi FM market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
