Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the overall strategy, operations, commercial growth, and financial performance of a leading Facilities Management business in Saudi Arabia.

You will drive growth, oversee end-to-end FM operations, manage major contracts, and develop leadership teams while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and HSE standards. Strong P&L discipline and client focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience with leadership in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related services.
• Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale FM operations and contracts.
• Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated success in business growth, client acquisition, and contract management.

• Strong understanding of the Saudi FM market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
