Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management or related fields, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in Facilities Management, Property Management or related services.
Proven track record in large-scale FM operations and contracts.
Strong commercial and P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy and growth plans.
Lead end-to-end FM operations, ensuring high service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Drive business development, key account management, and major contract opportunities.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profitability, and cost optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, HSE standards, and contractual requirements.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's FM portfolio.
Report business performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Board.
