Job summary

CORE Life Hospitality in جدة seeks a Chef de Partie (CDP) for a full-time, on-site role. You will prep, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your section, support the Head and Sous Chefs, and help develop menus and recipes. You must uphold health and safety standards and train junior staff.

The position includes meat and fish preparation, portion control, stock management, and ensuring sanitary kitchen operations. Salary ranges from SAR 3,000 to SAR 5,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, and recipes and developing dishes.
• Preparing meat and fish or Any Type of Food.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.
• Stay up to date with the Demi-CDP best food hygiene practices and implementing them.
• Managing and training any Commis chef.
• Monitoring portion and waste control Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station
