• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, wok cooking, and bulk production.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency at scale.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Chinese dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Handle high-volume production while maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
• Manage mise en place, cooking, portioning, and bulk preparation.
• Follow standardized recipes, production schedules, and SOPs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage practices.
• Coordinate with the sous chef and production team to ensure timely dispatch.
