Job summary

You will assist in food preparation, maintain hygiene, manage time, and cooperate with chefs to deliver high-quality dishes. Experience in a similar role and a culinary qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred.
• 1 year of work experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors.
• Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
• Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
• Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetables.
• Assists in plating meals under the chef de partie supervision.
• Adheres to CORE’s policies including the Code of Conduct.
