Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
