Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Lifeguard by a recognized organization.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform rescues and administer first aid when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers and guests to prevent accidents and ensure their safety at all times.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with swimmers, guests, and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool equipment, changing rooms, and other related areas.
