Qualifications

• Dynamic and self-motivated candidate
• Ability to monitor swimming areas and enforce safety rules
• Good knowledge of pool facilities, timings, promotions and prices

Responsibilities

• Monitor the swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers
• Caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas and administer first aid when needed
• Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and maintain order around the pool
• Determine water chemistry (chlorine content and pH) using testing kits
• Conduct or officiate swimming activities and give swimming instructions
• Keep the swimming pool, sun loungers, pool deck and umbrellas clean and in proper condition
• Regularly check pool temperature and ensure compliance with standards
• Provide emergency care until EMS arrives
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained and safe for guests
