Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. pool team member will monitor the swim area for safety, enforce rules, and assist guests during emergencies on Ummahat Islands 2-3, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. You will maintain towels, clean the pool deck, and support guest services with professionalism.

Strict adherence to safety procedures and the Gold Standards will be expected, including reporting incidents promptly and ensuring a hospitable, calm environment for guests.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Fitness equipment handling knowledge is necessary.
• Certification or training from local/state agencies is required.
• No related supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area for safety hazards and distressed swimmers.
• Promote and enforce pool rules and safety policies to guests.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrives on scene.
• Maintain pool deck: towels, cleanliness, and equipment organization.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
