Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• First Aid Certification is required.
• Experience with Fitness Equipment is preferred.
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance.
• Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling.
• Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility and inform supervisor/manager.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrival and maintain towels/ pool area cleanliness.
