Job summary

Foreground LLC is seeking a CEO to own P&L, set strategic direction, and drive long-term growth across its diversified retail and consumer goods portfolio. The role requires scaling complex organisations, strengthening leadership depth, and delivering commercial excellence group-wide.

Qualifications

Extensive CEO or Managing Director experience within retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand environments.
Experience scaling businesses, leading complex organisations, and managing diverse leadership teams.
Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similar GCC markets is highly preferred.
Strong commercial acumen, governance awareness, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own P&L and be accountable for strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth.
Lead transformation toward a structured, performance-driven, scalable enterprise.
Define growth priorities, portfolio strategy, and capital allocation.
Strengthen leadership depth, improve operational discipline, and drive commercial excellence across units.
Represent the group with partners, regulators, and key stakeholders externally.
