Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Head – Business Management to lead and scale a high-growth operation. The role blends business development, commercial leadership, operational management, and P&L ownership to expand B2B while supporting B2C/D2C growth.

The candidate will drive growth with excellence across supply chain, production, distribution, and customer service, reporting to senior stakeholders and shaping strategy for scalable, profitable expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years of professional experience; 5+ years in middle-to-senior leadership.
• Strong experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Manufacturing, or other B2B-focused businesses.
• Proven experience managing P&L and commercial performance, preferably in startup or scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, development, and conversion of new B2B opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
• Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, production, distribution, and customer service.
• Own budgets and P&L; drive revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and cost objectives.
• Manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
