Job summary

A leading diversified Saudi group is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive the next engine of growth. This board-facing role will turn strategy into real businesses across healthcare and logistics within a wider group portfolio.

You will own the growth agenda, build new products and ventures, structure strategic partnerships and JVs, and scale initiatives with senior family stakeholders and the CEO.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with a proven ability to build and scale businesses.
• Hands-on experience structuring partnerships, JVs or new ventures inside a large group.
• Industry exposure in healthcare, logistics, real estate, automotive or related sectors.
• Presence to collaborate with a CEO, board and senior family stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset focused on sustainable, organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the group growth agenda and report to the CEO.
• Build new products, services and business lines starting with healthcare and logistics.
• Originate, structure and close strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
• Take ventures from idea to business case, launch and scale.
• Put in place the pipeline, governance and metrics for repeatable growth.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to capture organic growth.
