Job summary

YourChef in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Development Officer to identify new business opportunities and expand our catering and food services client base. You will target corporate clients and individuals, develop strong sales pipelines, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored catering packages.

The role emphasizes lead generation, proposal creation, and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth and long-term customer relationships across both B2B and B2C markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in catering, food services, hospitality, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Experience targeting corporate and individual customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and organizations requiring catering services.
• Develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
• Promote catering services, meal plans, and food service solutions to potential customers.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and catering packages based on customer needs.
• Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and secure new contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Monitor market trends, track competitors, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and ensure service quality.
• Monitor sales performance, follow up on leads, and prepare regular sales reports.
