Job summary

SADAFCO in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Development Officer OOH to grow the street-channel Food Service business, including cafeterias, cafes, juice shops, restaurants and catering companies. This field-based role demands strong sales skills, market knowledge, and robust client management capabilities.

You will identify and onboard new customers, sustain regular visits to existing accounts, and coordinate with logistics and marketing for promotions and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in business or related field.
• Experience in field sales within F&B/HORECA preferred.
• Ability to manage and grow customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new street-channel customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Visit existing customers regularly to strengthen relationships.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients in F&B.
• Develop customer-specific strategies for long-term engagement.
• Resolve issues quickly to maintain high retention.
• Monitor sales performance and report activity regularly.
• Provide market feedback on pricing and competition.
• Use CRM/reporting tools to track interactions and funnel.
• Coordinate with logistics for product availability and on-time fulfillment.
• Work with marketing for promotions and co-branding activities.
• Maintain knowledge of SADAFCO product lines and pricing.
