Pattis International in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced business development and sales professional to grow the catering portfolio. You will identify opportunities, lead client engagements, and coordinate tenders and contracts with internal teams.

The role requires a strong network in corporate, industrial, government, and hospitality sectors and hands-on experience in large catering contracts within Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–6 years of catering sales or hospitality sales experience.
• Proven experience in workforce/industrial/corporate catering in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market for corporate, industrial, and government catering.
• Experience managing tenders and large contracts is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in catering sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Pattis' catering portfolio.
• Generate qualified leads via networking, referrals, cold calls, and events.
• Build a strong pipeline and maintain regular follow-up activity.
• Lead client meetings, site visits, and post-contract support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate tenders and government submissions, ensuring timely documentation.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and performance monitoring.
