Job summary

Zahid Industries is seeking a senior Catering Sales professional in Riyadh to drive yearly targets by connecting with current and potential customers across catering sectors. You will work closely with the Catering Team to grow the department, develop menus with the Head Chef and Operations Director, and manage pricing, contracts, tastings, and market actions.

The role requires a university degree in hospitality, at least 10 years in catering, and strong leadership with English proficiency;

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in Hospitality management or related field
• Knowledge: Excellent Knowledge in Catering and Quality control
• Leadership and Development of Team
• Technical Skills: Computer and MS Office Proficiency, Culinary Skills
• Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the catering industry

Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly sales target by building and maintaining connections with customers in catering sectors.
• Fix monthly sales targets and communicate to Catering Team to meet yearly budget.
• Attend visits to customers and event management companies to promote HVC.
• Develop Menu items with Head Chef and Director of Operations.
• Review Menu prices against food cost.
• Follow up on long-term contracts with customers with Catering Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Approve quotations/contracts before sharing with client and follow up accordingly.
• Conduct tastings for customers when needed.
• Review competitors' activities and implement actions accordingly.
• Guide Catering Supervisor on Creating & Implementing new ideas for displays, presentations & related best practices
