Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Maker to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in preparing high‑quality cakes, desserts, and customized cake designs while maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes, including customized and specialty cakes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all cake products.
• Prepare cake sponges, fillings, frostings, icings, and decorations according to approved recipes.
• Create customized cake designs based on customer requirements and company standards.
• Develop new cake flavors, designs, and seasonal items when required.
• Manage daily cake production schedules and ensure timely preparation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels.
• Ensure all baking tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and well maintained.
• Support kitchen and pastry teams during peak periods and special orders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Cake Maker or Pastry Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of cake baking, frosting, and decoration techniques.
• Experience with fondant, buttercream, and basic cake sculpting is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for custom orders.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in design and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
