We are looking for a Business Process Excellence Specialist to develop, standardize, and optimize business processes, policies, and procedures across the organization.

The role will focus on process governance, compliance, internal controls, and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support automation and digital transformation initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and standardize business processes, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps across the organization.

Conduct periodic process reviews and compliance audits to assess adherence to approved procedures, identify gaps, and evaluate operational effectiveness.

Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, duplicated activities, unnecessary approvals, and weaknesses in internal controls.

Lead business process reengineering and optimization initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, including process ownership, roles and responsibilities, approval authorities, and documentation standards.

Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, IT, and other departments to ensure processes align with business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.

Review and strengthen internal controls, including segregation of duties, approval workflows, and compliance checkpoints.
