We are seeking a Business Process Excellence Specialist to develop, standardize, and optimize processes, policies, and SOPs across Mina Excellence. The role emphasizes governance, compliance, internal controls, and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and align with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple departments, drive process reengineering, identify automation opportunities, and establish performance metrics to monitor and sustain improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in business process management or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of process mapping, SOP development, governance, and internal controls.
• Experience with process reviews and compliance assessments.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and standardize processes, SOPs, and workflows across the organization.
• Conduct process reviews and compliance audits to assess adherence.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and control weaknesses.
• Lead process reengineering to improve productivity and service quality.
• Establish process governance frameworks with ownership and approvals.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT to align processes with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Review and strengthen internal controls including segregation of duties.
• Identify opportunities for automation via ERP and other systems.
• Develop process performance indicators and monitor effectiveness.
• Maintain centralized repository with version control.
