Job Description Our client a government entity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the establishment of a Business Excellence Rewarding Body in Saudi Arabia The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives ensuring the successful execution of the project and contributing to the development of a comprehensive recognition program for businesses in the region Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership - Take ownership of the project s overall success and drive its strategic objectives Develop and execute project plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders government entities and industry partners
• Team Collaboration - Build and lead a cross-functional team to implement project activities effectively Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment ensuring each team member contributes to project success
• Strategic Planning - Contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy for the Business Excellence Rewarding Body Identify and assess potential risks developing mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery
• Program Development - Design and implement a recognition program that aligns with international business excellence standards Ensure the program reflects the cultural and business nuances of the Saudi market
