Job summary

Atain seeks a Business Analyst – Cargo Domain to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will gather and document business requirements, acting as a bridge between business users and IT to optimize air cargo operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in BA, strong cargo domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with API integrations, BRDs/FRDs, and Agile methodologies. This role requires effective stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Air Cargo/Cargo Handling.
• Familiar with API integrations and system interfaces.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Good understanding of cargo operations and logistics processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cargo management systems or airline cargo operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools.
