Job summary

CHAMP Cargosystems S.A. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive requirements, design functional solutions, and coordinate across customers and delivery teams in Jeddah.

You will own domains, craft user stories, and guide projects from definition to go-live within an air cargo context. The role requires 5–7 years in the air cargo domain, strong communication, and documentation discipline, with experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, functional design, and software delivery within enterprise application environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and documentation best practices.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and business processes to define functional specifications and solution designs.
• Own assigned business domains and modules, ensuring scalable, efficient, and well-documented solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and development teams to gather, validate, and refine requirements.
• Lead assigned product initiatives from requirements definition through implementation and go-live.
• Define test scenarios, support testing activities, and provide business acceptance for delivered functionality.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices.
