About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst in IT / Software Engineering / Digital Delivery to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across stakeholders, and translate them into clear functional/non‑functional specifications for delivery teams (including .NET, OutSystems, Creatio, and Frontend). The role reports to Success Manager / Product Owner and works closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, UI/UX Designers, and QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional specifications for development teams (.NET, OutSystems, Creatio, Frontend).
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and UI/UX Designers to confirm solution scope and user expectations.
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate and lead workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare wireframes, use cases, and mockups with the design team to visualize and validate business processes.
- Support QA by reviewing test plans and validating that delivered functionality matches business requirements.
- Assist with change management, user training, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously review current processes and propose improvements, automation, or optimization opportunities.
- Work across multiple Agile projects, adapting priorities to stakeholder needs and delivery timelines.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in software or digital product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify gaps/inefficiencies.
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart.
- Understanding of web application architectures, APIs, and enterprise platforms (OutSystems, Creatio, or similar CRMs is a plus).
- Basic familiarity with SQL or business reporting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to bridge communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments.
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with low‑code platforms (OutSystems, Creatio) or custom development (.NET, Angular).
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (advantage).
- Exposure to UX principles and design thinking (plus).
