Job summary

Inovar in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will prepare BRDs, functional requirements and process documentation; translate business needs into clear technical specs; coordinate with development and QA; review solutions for alignment and drive continuous process improvements, testing, UAT and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BA or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
