Job summary

CoorB is seeking a Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements gathering and align business needs with technical solutions. You will document cases, processes, and data models, and collaborate with stakeholders across projects.

Experience in data analysis and Jira is essential, and mentoring junior analysts is part of the role. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in MIS/CCE/CS and at least 5 years of experience in a BA or similar capacity in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and data visualization is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across the organization using interviews, workshops, surveys, and site visits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Document business cases, processes, data models, and user stories in Jira.
• Propose ideas and opportunities to improve processes to meet customer needs.
• Oversee planning and execution of multiple software development projects with timely delivery.
• Evaluate solutions with enterprise-wide impact and align with organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship to junior business analysts.

You Will Be:

• Leading and facilitating the business requirements gathering process from end-to-end across the organization using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and other methods needed.
• Collaborating with different stakeholders of the project to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Documenting business cases, process flows, and data models and user stories on Jira.
• Proposing new ideas and features and identifying areas for process improvement and optimization to meet customer and business needs.
• Overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of multiple concurrent software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
• Evaluating and implementing solutions with an enterprise-wide focus, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and minimizing impact on cross-functional systems to drive long-term value and performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst role or similar one.
• Previous experience using Jira is required.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proven experience in extracting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
